Leak Detection

The ingress of water through a building’s facade can be a continuing and frustrating issue for tenant and building manager alike. Our survey methods and access capabilities allows us to locate the ingress paths of leaks from the external facade and provide the right solution for ensuring weather tightness, whether that be to provide a seal with caulking or to implement flashing or other facade installations to redirect the water. We can provide thermal imaging camera assessments to determine likely ingress paths and to attempt to stop water leaks at the source.
